Giveaway Rules and Disclaimer

1. Giveaway consists of one Midday Mai Tais bamboo USB drive containing the Midday Mai Tais album in digital formats and includes addition bonus content.

2. In order to be eligible for the giveaway, entrants must be on the mailing list by the close of the contest, midnight June 1, 2025. The timeframe for entry is solely at the discretion of the contest organizer and can be changed at any time.

3. All mailing list members at the close of the submission period are eligible for the giveaway.

4. In order to ben included in the mailing list, entrants must complete the confirmation email sent to them in a separate email after their initial form submission.

5. The winner will be selected at the close of the submission period. The method of selection is as follows: At the close of the submission period, all current mailing list members will be assigned a number in succession (for example 1-100.) A random number generator program will then be used to select a random number from the total number of mailing list members (for example 47.) Then beginning with the first mailing list member according to their assigned number, the contest organizer will count the mailing list members to the randomly selected number (for example 47.) The mailing list member with the assigned number that equals the randomly generated number (in this example 47) will be the winner.

6. The winner will be notified by email from tikiheads@pm.me within 3 business days of the close of the contest. The winner must respond within 14 business days of their intent to receive the prize and include in their response, their mailing address to receive their prize.

7. By agreeing to receive then prize, winner consents to the use of their first name and city and State in subsequent announcements from Mr. Moai & The Tikiheads and/or its affiliates.

8. Confirmation of receiving the prize will be determined by tracking number from the commercial shipping service showing delivery.

9. The value of the prize is $20.00.
